Billing questions
How much does Premium cost?
€6.99 a month or €49.99 a year. The yearly plan is about 40% cheaper than twelve single months. These are the prices in the Austrian App Store; in other countries the store may show a different price.
Where do I buy Premium?
In the app via “Upgrade to Premium”, paid through the App Store or Google Play. In the browser you buy Premium in the web app under Settings, paid through Stripe.
How do I cancel?
Cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription in your store’s subscription settings, and a web subscription in the web app under Settings. Premium stays active until the end of the paid period.
Does Premium work on all my devices?
Yes. Premium belongs to your Memendo account, not to a device. Sign in with the same account on iPhone, Android and the web.
What happens to my notes when Premium ends?
Your notes stay. You can add new content beyond the free plan’s limits again once you renew Premium or make room.
